On 15 and 16 April, a new session of the series of seminars on energy transition in the local sphere will be held. On the second day of the event, members of the Basque Government’s Housing Department will present the Agree project.

Organised by Barcelona Provincial Council, the Catalan Network of Cities and Towns towards Sustainability, the ICAEN and Ecoserveis, this series is in response to the request of the network’s member municipalities regarding their goal to work for sustainability in cooperation with other European organisations and entities.

During the event, Mario Yoldi and Carlos López, from the Basque Government’s Housing Department, will present the AGREE project during the seminar dedicated to the “Role of the municipalities in promoting energy-efficiency improvements in the residential sector”.

The Network of Cities and Towns towards Sustainability is an association of municipalities committed to the environment to advance towards sustainable development, whose Local Energy Transition task force is organising this series.
